According to “Ukrainian Pravda” sources in political circles, Mindich did not go to restaurants, because he had his own cook at home. Therefore, he held all meetings over lunch or dinner in his own office, located in an apartment on the 18th floor at Hrushevsky 9A. While Mindich lived in the same building three floors below.
The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi also has an apartment in the same building. Therefore, this circumstance ensured Mindich’s activity with additional security measures. After all, in accordance with the law, employees of the State Security Office work around the house and on its territory. And this means that it was extremely difficult for the “Ukrainian Pravda” film crew, which tried several times during the last year to record the secret meetings of the person who in 2024 began to be called the new Ukrainian oligarch, to remain unnoticed.
