The expectations of peace have been settled by a housing market in the big cities of the Center and the West of the country – developers are trying to surrender more apartments, and buyers were again interested in real estate. Is it long?
Graphic designer Kateryna Klyuchka Recently wondered which repair is best done in a two -room apartment purchased by her family in a residential complex (LCD) Lucky Land, on the western outskirts of the capital.
“We are originally from Donetsk region, we had housing in Pokrovsk and Mirnograd – cities where active fighting is ongoing,” Klyuchka says. “Grandmother received a certificate under the Equation Program as a compensation for a lost house, we have put money and purchased housing in the capital.”
The designer says that part of her family came to Kiev, and Lucky Land they chose because (Along with Lavina Mall and Epicenter) and to the forest where you can walk. “We are preparing to buy in this house and underground parking,” – said the new Kiev.
