Details: It is noted that the cyber Police of Dnipropetrovsk, together with the investigators at the beginning of the year, exposed officials and doctors of the Military Medical Commission of one of the RTC and other medical institutions of the city of Dnipro, who falsified the results of blood tests for HIV.

Such manipulations made it possible for “sick” men for money to withdraw from military registration and to cross the state border of Ukraine without interruption.
The NPS reminds that in January 2025 law enforcement officers conducted 19 searches at the places of registration and residence of the persons involved, as well as in their office offices and in motor transport. In particular, computer equipment, medical documentation, and other things confirming the involvement of the owners in illegal activities were removed.
At the end of April, during the next stage of the investigation, 11 searches were conducted and suspicions were suspected.
Currently, six suspects at the request of investigators have chosen precautionary measures in the form of detention.
The pre -trial investigation is ongoing, additional qualification is possible.
