“Here are our beats”: 53% of US companies in Ukraine were injured through the strikes of the Russian Federation – the head of the American Chamber of Commerce

53% of US companies in Ukraine were affected by Russian blows, and the President of the US Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine Andrei Gunder said on Radio Svoboda.

According to him, the US Chamber of Commerce appealed to official Washington to continue providing military assistance to Ukraine to protect Ukrainians and American companies working in Ukraine.

“Here ours are beaten, American business is beaten: 53% of our companies have been damaged because missiles have arrived at businesses, offices, factories. And so we say, we ask President Trump, the American administration, the White House: continue to protect Ukraine, Ukrainians and protect the business that works here in Ukraine today, ”Gunder said on Freedom Live.

He stressed that 60% of the Member States of the US Chamber of Commerce were killed during the war.

“We say: look, it’s the voice of American business that is here in the center of Kiev, which works in Ukraine. The situation is – we are here during shelling and we feel everything. And this is a great damage that takes away the lives of Ukrainians. There are 60% of the US Chamber of Commerce Member Companies when employees have died during this war. We bring this message, ”he says.

Andriy Gunder added that he had already had a meeting, during which the continuation of military assistance to Ukraine was discussed. He did not specify who this meeting was with.

The President of the US Chamber of Commerce in Ukraine has said that the US administration listens to the voice of business.

According to him, out of 600 US companies, 90% continue to work in Ukraine.

On July 2, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky met with representatives of American companies and entrepreneurs – members of the American Chamber of Commerce. The President noted that he is counting on the voice of US business in relations with the United States, because American systems in Ukraine defend not only the lives of people but also enterprises. He also emphasized the importance of cooperation between countries.
