Head of EU diplomacy Kaya Kallas believes that Ukraine is capable of winning the war against Russia with the support of Europe.

Details: Callas said that the European Union has already allocated 134 billion euros to Ukraine, including 50 billion euros for weapons, and the number of Ukrainian soldiers trained by EU countries will reach 75 thousand by the end of January.
She added that the EU is working on the 16th package of sanctions against Russia, and noted that she wants to consider more use of Russia’s immobilized assets to help Ukraine.
The high representative emphasized that the only language that Vladimir Putin speaks is the language of power. The EU is powerful, and the combined economy of EU member states is 17 times larger than Russia’s.
Callas said that the EU should show Putin that he will lose and “stop him before he attacks any of us.”
