Details: Using his own program, the man intercepted the sessions of other users on the State Statistics Committee and rescued coupons in the name of his customers.
One such coupon cost at least 1000 UAH. During the day, Hacker generated about 50 applications and received payment for bank cards.

The illegal scheme was exposed in November 2024 police officers, cyber police and the internal security department with the assistance of the Main Ministry of Internal Affairs.
After detention, the man was suspected under Article 361 (5) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine-unauthorized intervention in the IT system in martial law.

Currently, the indictment has been transferred to court. The attacker faces up to 15 years in prison with restriction to hold certain positions for up to three years.
