Gur states that in the occupied Berdyansk killed appointed Russian head of the city

The General Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense declares that on June 18 in the temporarily occupied Berdyansk Zaporizhzhya region, a “collaborator, a state traitor and a military criminal” Mikhail Gritsay was shot.

«Gritsay is originally from Poltava region. He lived in Berdyansk. He headed the center of the Socialist Ukraine Party. After the enslavement of the city in 2022, he voluntarily cooperated with the Russian invaders and received his position in the occupation administration-was the so-called temporary acting of the mayor and at the same time deputy on infrastructure, housing and fuel and energy complex, ”GUR said.

In Ukrainian military intelligence, they claim that he was “involved in military crimes – terrorized the population of the occupied city, issued to the Muscovites of pro -Ukrainian citizens, participated in the organization of torture in Berdyansk.”

Mikhail Gritsay was informed in absentia of suspicion of criminal proceedings, open on April 1, 2022 under part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (State betrayal).
