Government gives the Green Light an electronic referral to the VLK for the military – Shmigal

The Cabinet of Ministers made a decision to introduce electronic referrals for the passing of the Military Medical Commission (VLK) for the military, Prime Minister Denis Shmigal said on January 28.

“Today we give the Green Light an electronic referral to the VLK for conscripts. People will not need to defend the queues near the shopping center to get the appropriate document. The referral to the VLK can be generated by means of the Unified State Register of conscripts and to receive through the application “Reserve+”, – Shmigal wrote in the telegram.

According to him, the option will be accessible to those who want to pass the Military Medical Commission on their own.

“It is also enough for people who have received the summons to submit an electronic request for the formation of the direction so that you do not waste time to visit the CCC,” the Government Head added.

On January 23, the Ministry of Defense announced that the beta-testing of the electronic referral to the passage of the Military Medical Commission (VLK) in the Reserve+Application (VLK).

According to the agency, from the fall of 2025 it will be possible to choose a medical institution, which has a contract with the National Health Service of Ukraine (NSAU) in the application, to pass a suitability.
