“Two schools in the Industrial district of the city were damaged. In addition, our energy industry came under enemy attacks – there are quite serious damages. Currently, all specialized teams are working on the ground to quickly eliminate the consequences of shelling and stabilize the situation,” added the head of the Kharkiv Region.
Kryvyi Rih politician Oleksandr Vilkul called it a “miracle of God” that after a drone hit a high-rise building in the city’s Terniv district, “everyone is alive and there are not even any wounded.”
“There were no residents in the apartments hit by Shahed. Residents from other floors were quickly evacuated. Extinguishing the fire is over. This and neighboring houses have a large number of broken windows. The staff of helping people is already working in a nearby school. No person will be left without help,” Vilkul wrote in a telegram.
The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles. Rescuers of the State Emergency Service regularly come under repeated blows.
The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.
