From the beginning of this day, there were 89 combat clashes, more than a third of them – in the Pokrovsky direction, the data of the General Staff of the Armed Forces as of 16:00 on September 30.

“In the Pokrovsky direction, Russian invaders made 32 attempts to squeeze our defenders from the positions in the areas of settlements Volodymyrivka, Nikanorivka, Rodinskoye, Red Lyman, New Economic, Mirovolyubivka, Promin, Lisivka, Pokrovsk, Zavory, Kotlyn, Kotlyne, Bad. Defense forces restrain the pressure and reflect 29 enemy attacks, still fighting in three locations, ”the message reads.

In addition, Russian attacks were recorded in the North Slobozhansky, Kursk, South Slobozhansky, Lymansky, Siversky, Kramatorsk, Toretsky, Novopavlovsky, Gulyaypil, Dnieper.

The day before, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the Dobropilsk counter -offensive operation was ongoing, and as a result, the Ukrainian military managed to release more than 174 square kilometers of the territory.

According to the observations of British intelligence, Pokrovsk as a logistics center in Donetsk remains the main point of Russian offensive operations. It restrains Russia’s promotion further in the Donetsk region and in the direction of Kramatorsk and Slavyansk.
