The largest number of Russian attacks were recorded in the Pokrovsky direction, where the enemy made 41 attempts to push Ukrainian units in the areas of Nikanorivka, Mirnograd, Pokrovsk, Kotlyne, Udachne, Novosergiivka, Molodetske, Filia and in the direction of Rodinsky, Novy Shahovoy, Sukhetsky. In the previous day, there were 25 attacks by Russian troops on this part of the front.
Also, intense fighting continues in the Gulyaipil direction – here Ukrainian soldiers repelled 25 Russian attacks in the areas of Solodky, Gulyaipol and in the direction of Dobropill, Olenokostiantynivka, Zeleny, and Varvarivka.
Russian troops intensified their attacks in the Konstantinov direction – today they stormed the positions of Ukrainian defenders 21 times, compared to 15 attacks the previous day.
Battles also continue in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk, South-Slobozhansk, Kupyansk, Slovyansk, Kramatorsk, Oleksandrivsk, Orihiv and Dnieper directions.

Pokrovsk – a city with a population of about 1,250 people (estimated by local authorities at the end of October, before the start of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation – more than 60,000) – is an important road and railway junction and was under threat of encirclement by Russian troops for most of last year.
