General Staff: Defense forces were cleaned by Stepne and Novokostyantynivka in Sumy region

The forces of Ukraine’s defense have cleared the settlements of Stepne and Novokostyantynivka in the Sumy region from the Russian invaders.

The forces of Ukraine’s defense were cleared of the settlements of Stepne and Novokostyantynivka (former May first) in the Sumy region. The soldiers of the 225th Separate Assault Regiment with active actions displaced hostile units outside the state border of Ukraine.

In the South Slobozhansky direction There were six combatants in the areas of Vovchansk, well and two -year -old.

In Kupyansk direction The enemy made six attacks on the positions of our troops, one battle is still ongoing.

The enemy uses an advantage in number and, largely losing personnel, tries to seep in small groups through the first line of our positions. The commander -in -chief’s decision identified additional forces and means to identify and destroy the enemy sabotage groups that penetrate the defense line.

In the Novopavlovsky direction The enemy tried 14 times to break through the settlements Vilna Field, Maliyivka, Voskresenko, Mirne and in the direction of Ivanivka and Novoivanivka.

In the Gulyaypil direction He did not perform the opponent of offensive actions.
