“People’s deputy Serhii Vlasenko, who is currently abroad on a business trip, said that the search in his office, which he uses in the office of the “Fatherland” party, is pressure due to his political position and public criticism of NABU, SAP and VAKS.”, — write: www.pravda.com.ua
Source: Vlasenko’s post on Facebook
Details: According to him, he learned about the search during a business trip at a meeting of the Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe on the selection of judges of the European Court of Human Rights.

The deputy claims that NABU conducts investigative actions as “revenge” for his public position regarding NABU, SAP and VAKS, as well as for his participation in the creation and work of the temporary investigative commission of the Verkhovna Rada.
Direct speech: “I believe that the bodies that are engaged in their own PR and legal disarray have nothing to do with law enforcement or the fight against corruption.
I would like to point out that the facts of obvious corruption in the Supreme Court of Justice and the facts of possible corruption during competitions for the positions of judges, apparently exposed by our TSC, did not interest NABU, nor SAP at all. Just like the facts of corruption in “independent” Supervisory Boards of state-owned enterprises. The same is true of the fact of illegal financing of the members of the Russian Federation. Just like many other things.
I have heard a lot from colleagues and friends about threats to me from the management of NABU and SAP. Not directly, the heads of NABU and SAP also confirmed this in their interviews. Ok. I am ready for it. I understood what I was getting into when I proposed to my colleagues in the parliament to create a TSK, regarding possible facts of corruption in the law enforcement and judicial systems.”
Details: Vlasenko emphasized that after being elected as the head of the TSK in June 2025, he asked all law enforcement agencies whether they had criminal claims against him, and all of them, including NABU and SAP, gave written negative answers. He also stated that since that time he was actually engaged only in the activities of TSK.
Separately, the deputy noted that, according to the information available to him, the search in the office, which he sometimes uses in the Batkivshchyna party office, took place without the decision of the investigating judge and without the consent of the prosecutor – under the pretext of “urgency” of investigative actions. Vlasenko considers this a pressure on him as a people’s deputy.
Direct speech: “It is interesting to know why NABU was rushing into my office. Maybe it was necessary to have access to TSK materials?
And for NABU detectives, I can publicly additionally explain that the last time I used flash drives was 7-8 years ago, or maybe more. Therefore, immediately after returning from a business trip (in a couple of days), I will ask for my property to be returned.”
Details: It should be noted that in the initial version of the post, Vlasenko did not mention the leader of “Batkivshchyna” Yulia Tymoshenko and her statement about the searches.
Later, he edited the post and added that “not a single word in defense of YVT” was thrown at him in the comments. Vlasenko wrote that Tymoshenko “expressed her position”, which he supports, and his post was “about something else”.
