Literally: “The investigating judge of the High Anti-Corruption Court, at the request of the prosecution, applied preventive measures in the form of bail to 5 People’s Deputies of Ukraine, suspected of systematically obtaining an illegal benefit for themselves and third parties for committing and not committing actions using the power or official position granted to them.”

Details: The court awarded 40 million hryvnias and 30 million hryvnias to two suspects, 20 million hryvnias to the other two, and 16.6 million hryvnias to the fifth deputy.
The court also imposed procedural obligations on all suspects, including the wearing of an electronic means of control.
According to UP sources, as part of the NABU and SAP’s investigation of an organized criminal group, people’s deputies from “Servant of the People” Evgeny Pivovarov, Ihor Negulevskyi, Olga Savchenko and Yuriy Kisiel have already received suspicions, but other suspicions may also be announced.

- On the morning of December 27, NABU and SAP reported that according to the results of the undercover operation exposed an organized criminal groupwhich included current People’s Deputies of Ukraine. According to the investigation, members of the group systematically received illegal benefits for voting in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
- Prosecutors of the SAP have handed suspicion to five People’s Deputies of Ukraine, who ensured receiving bribes for “necessary” voting in the Verkhovna Rada. The sums of bribes were 2-20 thousand dollars.
- According to UP sources, suspicions already received people’s deputies from “Servant of the People” Evgeny Pyvovarov, Ihor Negulevskyi, Olga Savchenko and Yuriy Kisiel.
