He recalled that Barro became the first head of the Foreign Ministry from partner countries to travel to Sumy.
“Such visits are extremely important. They demonstrate to our people that we are not alone. Our task is to mobilize maximum international support for people here and in other cities and communities that constantly suffer Russian blows. Increase the air shield and increase the resilience before the winter. We discussed it all,” said Andrew.

- The previous day Barro was in Kiev and participated in the annual meeting of Ukrainian ambassadors in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He also visited the Chernobyl to see the consequences of a Russian blow.
- During his visit to Kiev, Barro promised that France would continue the pressure on the ruler of Russia Vladimir Putin.
