Two diplomatic sources of the agency have specified that the invited countries – Norway, Canada, Baltic countries, Czech Republic, Greece, Finland, Romania, Sweden and Belgium.
They also suggested that some countries could join the summit on video.
The emergency summit was the leaders of the largest EU and Britain on February 17 – a total of eight countries, as well as the NATO Secretary General and the EU leadership. Some capitals have been disappointed that they were not invited.
French President Emmanuel Macron initiated this meeting after a special US President Donald Trump’s special messenger against Russia and Ukraine, Kit Kelloggus said that the States did not see Europe at the table of negotiations on the termination of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
Following the summit, Macron stated that the countries have agreed to work on support of Ukraine and investment in defense.
