After the first segment in Porsche Cayman 718 GT4 CS, number 980, the formula-1 champion had to move to another car, but this did not happen because it was damaged during the qualification.
It could have been a cross on Max’s hopes to get a license. But a special commission that deals with the issuance of licenses considered the case of Ferstappen and went to a meeting. The racer was licensed “A”.
Ferstappen missed the races on Sunday, September 14, but it is expected that he will return to NLS on September 27 to act at the wheel of Ferrari 296 GT3 complications of VerstAppen.com Racing.
It is worth noting that on September 27, no formula-1 race is planned, and therefore Ferstappen will have no conflict of schedules. However, Max will return to the Queen of Motor Sports this week for the sake of the Grand Prix of Azerbaijan, which will be held on September 21.
Recall that formula-1 can significantly increase the number of sprint races in 2027.
Earlier it became known that one of the teams of Peloton achieved the cancellation of its pilot at the Grand Prix of the Netherlands.
