Marin pointed out that the absence of a clear strategy regarding Ukraine’s victory has prolonged the conflict. She believes that without a definitive vision of success, Europe lacks the leadership necessary to resolve the situation. “This war is on our continent, and we must work to end it,” she asserted.
Addressing the concerns surrounding potential Russian aggression towards NATO countries, Marin clarified that a fair peace would likely prevent further hostilities. However, she acknowledged the need for Europe to bolster its defense capabilities in preparation for any scenario.
