The film by Russian director Anastasia Trofimova, dedicated to the participants of Russian aggression against Ukraine was presented at the Venice Film Festival in September 2024. This caused the outrage of Ukrainians and users of social networks from other countries that support Ukraine.
According to media, Anastasia Trofimova worked for the Russian State Media Nether RT, which is under Western sanctions. In her comments to the film, she stated that she did not see the military crimes of the Russian military during his stay in the war zone.
