The wind is north-west, 7-12 m/s.

The temperature at night is from 2° heat to 3° frost, in the Carpathians 2-7° frost; 1-6° of heat during the day, about 0° in the eastern and Sumy regions.

The forecasters also warned that in Kyiv and the region, wind gusts of 15-18 m/s will be expected in the next hour until the end of the day on January 18 and at night on January 19. A yellow level of danger has been announced.

It is noted that weather conditions can complicate the work of energy, construction, utility companies and traffic.
