In an interview with NV journalist Andriy Pavlechko Stadnik, she confessed that most of the money was spent on food and branded outfit.

– When did you start making money in the fight?

I received the first salary – 50 UAH a month. It was probably eighth grade. I seem then I got to the Cadet national team. Honestly, I do not even remember what I started to pay for. I remember it well. And in the ninth grade I won the European Cadet Championship, and then the national team seems to have begun to pay me a thousand hryvnias a month. It was just space money. Especially compared to 50 hryvnias.

– What usually spent money then?

But you are not strongly played. Preferably – for food. I studied in a boarding school, but it was a regular boarding school, not sports. Therefore, food left much to be desired. Although later, when I had results, the Director of the boarding school began to allocate additional food for me. But at first it was difficult. I remember often bought a bun for 15 cents and sausage. There was exactly one hryvnia. And when I ate it, it seemed that there was nothing more delicious. Such a milk sausage … I still love them. I do not know, maybe it’s the taste of hunger, but it was remembered. Therefore, 50 hryvnias mostly went to food as well as elementary clothing. But I completely put aside 1000 hryvnia – put in the bank and did not spend a penny.

– What did the money postponed?

I always tried to put off. I do not know why so – maybe Dad taught so. I have never been wasteful. She realized that the most important thing was to eat well, because it is necessary for training. Subsequently, she could afford some branded sneakers and clothing – true bought on second. But the main thing is to brand. I never had a loop on money.

It should be noted that Mary is currently working as a women’s struggle curator in the Azerbaijan Federation.
