In Odesa, as a result of Russian strikes on the night of November 23, fires broke out at energy and transport infrastructure facilities, reported Oleg Kiper, head of the regional military administration.

“At night, the enemy repeatedly attacked Odeshchyna with attack drones. Despite the active work of the air defense forces, which destroyed most of the enemy targets, damage to civilian objects was recorded. As a result of hits and falling debris, fires broke out at energy and transport infrastructure facilities, which were quickly extinguished by our rescuers,” he wrote in a telegram.

According to Kiper, several private residential buildings were damaged: windows were broken, roofs and fences were damaged.

According to preliminary data, there are no dead or injured.

The Russian military regularly attacks Ukrainian regions with various types of weapons – attack UAVs, rockets, anti-aircraft missiles, and anti-aircraft missiles.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
