Details: According to the prosecutor’s office, the doctors drew up medical documents about the long-term treatment of fictitious diseases, taught patients how to fake the disease in front of other doctors, and confirmed that these people were supposedly in hospital treatment.
“At the same time, the suspects understood that the conclusions and examinations of their medical institutions are of great importance and are authoritative for other non-specialized medical institutions and institutions, therefore they will help patients to avoid military service due to their health,” law enforcement officers say.

The sanction of this article provides for punishment in the form of a fine from 500 to 750 of the tax-free minimum income of citizens or public works for a period of 160 to 240 hours, or restriction of freedom for a period of up to 3 years, or deprivation of liberty for the same period.
The prosecutor’s office also added that two accomplices, who were looking for clients who wanted to avoid conscription, were suspected earlier.
