According to police, an explosion was raised in the police in the Odessa region around 6:00 pm on March 23. It happened after a woman with a package entered the building, which probably could be an explosive. It was known that a woman was killed as a result of the incident, three law enforcement officers were injured.
The SBU investigators qualified the event as an attempt at a terrorist attack.
