Details: On April 29, the Criminal Court of the Supreme Court ruled unchanged VAKS’s verdict of 23.02.2022 and the decision of the WACS Appeal Chamber of 19.12.2023, which former Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories Yuri Grymchak was found guilty of being guilty of fraud.

The Armed Forces agreed with the arguments of the SAP prosecutor, rejected the cassation complaint of the party of the defense and confirmed the legality of court decisions.
