Estonia deported the Russian for the coat of arms of Russia on the flag during the stream

A resident of Tallinn Konstantin Gorlova, who was found guilty of justifying international aggression in March, was erected from Estonia – the police and border guards of the country on the social network X.

“The Department of Police and Border Protection on the night of Saturday in cooperation with the Security Police Department expelled from Estonia of the Russian nationalist Konstantin Gorlov, as it was a danger to the Estonian state and public order,” the department said.

In addition, the report states that the long -term throat resolution for residence in Estonia was canceled.

In March, according to the Estonian public broadcaster ERR, the Hryur County Court found Konstantin Gorlov guilty of justifying an international crime and fined him by 800 euros.

Gorlov was accused of the fact that on August 18, 2024, live on the TikTok social network, he publicly demonstrated the symbolism associated with the act of aggression and genocide. It is an element of the coat of arms of the Russian Federation – a golden double -headed eagle, which was on the flag behind Gorlov during a stream. The emblem of the Spartak Moscow football club was on the coat of arms. According to the court, the eagle was clearly visible and easily recognized.

According to the broadcaster, Gorlov had this flag in the background when talking to another person about the accession of occupied Ukrainian territories to Russia.
