Estonia may block the adoption of the 18th European Union’s sanction package against Russia, if it excludes the introduction of a lower ceiling of prices for Russian oil, it follows from the words of the Minister of Foreign Affairs Margus Takhkn.
“We have a very clear position: reducing the ceiling of oil prices should be included in this package. We have a very stable position on this issue, ”said Tsakhkna Err.
The Foreign Minister explained that the decline of the ceiling from the current $ 60 per barrel to $ 45 was initially included in the pro -project proposed by the European Commission.
