Mayor Vitaly Klitschko also stated that the situation with electricity supply in the city remains “extremely difficult”. According to him, heat has already been returned to most houses, but almost 500 high-rise buildings are still without heat supply – utility workers continue to work.

According to Ukrenergo, due to the attack, a significant number of consumers in Kyiv and Kyiv Oblast, as well as in Chernihiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions were cut off. There were also blackouts in Zhytomyr region, Kharkiv region and Donetsk region.
