Yesterday, after conducting searches that were not detained, to which the force was applied, they turned to a number of medical institutions and were denied or reluctant to record the degree of bodily harm.

Details: Krivonos also said that those NABU employees were presented with suspicions.
Commenting on suspicions to employees, he told that he was expecting a pressure on himself or the head of the SAP Alexander Klimenko. In particular, it does not reject investigative actions or “riveting of any affairs.”
He also stated that he did not react against the self -cleaning of the system and react if one of his subordinates worked to the aggressor, but this is not a reason to destroy NABU and SAP independence.
Prehistory:
- The SBU and OGP staff conducted approximately 80 searches in 19 employees of the National Bureau of Investigation in different regions of Ukraine on July 21.
- The security forces did not have court rulings to conduct searches, but they did not consider it a violation of the law, since obtaining such decisions could “cause leakage” and “damage special operations”.
- NABU detectives are charged with treason, illegal trade with Russia, corruption in the interests of the oligarchs. At the same time, the State Bureau of Investigation was intensified with the materials of road accidents several years ago with the participation of NABU staff.
- Representatives of the SBU and Office of the Prosecutor General also check the state of protection of state secrets in the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAP). Verification applies to NABU employees who have access to the State Security Service and to conduct unspoken investigative actions.
- The Verkhovna Rada passed the law according to which NABU and SAPs become dependent on the decisions of the Prosecutor General, July 22. Currently, these are independent anti -corruption institutions.
