Today, in addition to the Dnipro, Russian troops attacked the Nikopol and Synelnyk districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region, four people were injured, including a child, the head of the regional military administration, Vladyslav Haivanenko, said.

According to him, the forces of the Russian Federation attacked Nikopol, Marganetska, Myrivska, Chervonogrigorivska, Pokrovsk communities with drones and artillery – a 9-year-old girl and a 48-year-old woman were injured. The cultural center, two private houses and the same number of farm buildings, a gas pipeline were also damaged.

Haivanenko added that Russian unmanned aerial vehicles attacked Vasylkivska, Mykolayivska and Bohynivska communities in the Sinelnykiv region – a 41-year-old man and a 71-year-old woman were injured. They were assisted on the spot. The Russian attack caused a fire in three houses.

The leadership of Russia denies that the Russian army during a full-scale war inflicts targeted strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the cities and villages of Ukraine, killing the civilian population and destroying hospitals, schools, kindergartens, energy and water supply facilities.

The Ukrainian authorities and international organizations qualify these strikes as war crimes of the Russian Federation and emphasize that they are purposeful in nature.
