Melikov did not say anything about the consequences of the attack, saying that operational services are working on the spot. He also reminded that in Dagestan there is a ban on the publication of information about terrorist attacks, drone strikes and military deployment.
The representative of the government blamed the attack on the Armed Forces, there are currently no comments from the Ukrainian side on this matter.
Telegram channels Baza, Mash and Shot, close to the security forces, wrote that several explosions had occurred in Kaspiysk. Channels report that a multi-story residential building was damaged, as well as cars parked nearby. In the published photos, you can see broken windows in the residential building.
The Astra Telegram channel indicates that the Dagdiesel shipyard could be the target of the attack.
The Ministry of Health of Dagestan indicates that a 12-year-old girl was slightly injured, she was hospitalized, her life and health are not in danger.

Most of the attacks were confirmed by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stating that the Defense Forces of Ukraine “systematically implement measures aimed at reducing the combat potential of the Russian occupation forces, as well as at forcing the Russian Federation to stop armed aggression against Ukraine.”
