Drones again hit the Ryazan Refinery, which supplies fuel to Moscow

On the night of November 20, the forces of unmanned systems again struck the Ryazan Refinery, which is included in the list of the largest oil refining enterprises of the Russian Federation and supplies fuel to the Moscow region.

Literally: “On the night of November 20, 2025, in the course of reducing the capabilities of the armed forces of the Russian Federation, units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine inflicted repeated fire damage on the Ryazan oil refinery in the Ryazan region of the Russian Federation.”

Details: As a result of the impact, explosions rang out on the territory of the enterprise and a fire broke out in the area of ​​oil secondary processing installations. The detailed consequences of the damage are being clarified.

It is reported that the strike was carried out at a distance of more than 470 km from the state border of Ukraine.

The plant belongs to the Rosneft company, which plays an important role in supporting the military operations of the Russian Federation. The annual refining capacity is 17 million tons of oil (about 6.1% of the total volume of oil refining in the Russian Federation). The enterprise, in particular, produces diesel fuel and TS-1 jet fuel.

Hitting on the concentration of manpower on the temporarily occupied territory of the Donetsk region was also recorded. The losses of the invaders are being clarified.
