Dron attacks of the Russian Federation: Syrsky discussed with Romanian colleague a common counteraction to threats

The commander -in -chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrsky reported a telephone conversation with the head of the Romanian Armed Forces Headquarters General Georgice Vlad.

According to him, among other things, the parties discussed issues of mutual interest, in particular in the context of joint counteraction to threats associated with the intersection of the Ukrainian-Romanian border by means of an air attack by the Russian aggressor.

The Romanian side has not reported the details of this conversation.

On September 20, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that it would be fairly joint decisions to beat drones over Ukraine along with other countries.

On September 13, according to Romania, a Russian drone that attacked Ukraine forces and penetrated Romania’s airspace over the country for 50 minutes before returning to Ukraine.
