According to the department, the changes approved by the Order of the GCC, which were agreed with the current traffic rules, came into force on September 12. As noted in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the innovations concern Issues about road signs and markings, the basics of safe management and other provisions taken into account in the tests.
The update was also due to the comments of citizens. In particular, in the Road Signs section, they reviewed the task # 206 and # 207 concerning warning signs. The Road marking block has changed several questions in accordance with Government Resolution No. 364 of April 1, 2025 – among them 9, No. 10, # 10 and # 13, which determine the rules of movement of the lane with the marking “A”. Also in the section “Fundamentals of safe driving” the issue # 87, which concerns the impact of air conditioning on the car, is clarified.

The center calls on anyone who noticed inaccuracies or has ideas for improvement, to get involved in this process.
Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada supported the Bill No. 7354, which will allow the Ukrainians to pass the theoretical part before the exam for the driver’s license.
