During the combat mission in the east of Ukraine, the issue editor TSN.UA Dmitry Bandykov was killed. He served in the 3rd Oshbr. He became the 102nd media, who died in the war of Russia against Ukraine.
The death of a colleague and employee was informed by TSN.ua.
Dmitry Bandykov died on March 18 in eastern Ukraine, from where he was originally. He served in the third assault team for less than a year, mobilized in July 2024.
Prior to that, he worked for a tsn.ua in 1+1 media for a little more than a year. Colleagues remember him as full of optimism, an energetic and interesting person who loved her work, lived a journalist and dedicated to this profession most of her life.
“Our Dima is on the shield. These are the hardest words I have to say. Dima is originally from the east of Ukraine, where he died. He conquered a piece of land where he was born, and gave his life for this land. He is our friend, our colleague, our defender. At all times, he is always with a smile, always able to joke and find words that made everyone smile and see the positive. We all waited for him to return from the front, and he joked: “Well, Trump promised to finish the war in 24 hours, then wait.” Dima is a person of light, a person of positive, a person who will never leave anyone, ”said TSN.UA Head Svetlana Panushkin.
