We created defense reinforcement tools, giving efficiency, humanity and freedom of choice … I worked with one of the strongest teams in the government that did all this! Chernororenko added that something strange happened – “the Ministry of Defense could no longer be digitized.”
Last week, Parliament agreed to Denis Shmigal’s appointment with the Minister of Defense. The Deputy Minister is appointed by the Cabinet of Ministers.
