Before the start of the full-scale war, Hristov was known as a representative of the media and entertainment sphere, worked in show business. After February 24, 2022, he radically changed his life: without official statuses and public statements, he went to the frontline areas to help people who were under immediate threat.
Over time, his activity grew into systematic work on the evacuation of civilians from the most dangerous areas. Hristov works independently, often risking his own life, and he does it not for the sake of publicity or recognition, but from a deep inner conviction and sense of responsibility.

In 2024, he created the short film “1% of War”, in which he recorded the real experience of being in the line of fire: the road, death, fatigue, fear, as well as the human resilience and irony that help to survive. The tape is distinguished by the lack of pathos and focuses primarily on the human dimension of war.
