About 12 ministers, including the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy and Poland, as well as representatives of the European Union and NATO, will take part in the videoconference, sources reported.
European leaders are in a hurry to develop new defense plans, given the prospect of the US termination of its enormous military and financial support for Ukraine. Washington also started negotiations on peace – a prospect that will affect the security architecture on the continent for years ahead – without the participation of Europe or Kiev.
