Defense forces destroyed the Russian C-300 in the occupied territory of Zaporizhzhya region-the General Staff of the Armed Forces

The Defense Forces of Ukraine on August 2 struck Russian military facilities in the temporarily occupied territory of Zaporizhzhya region, reports the General Staff of the Armed Forces.

According to the headquarters, the surgery destroyed the Russian anti-aircraft missile system C-300.

“The elimination of this goal significantly reduces the enemy’s firing capacity to long distances and reduces its ability to fire the position of defense forces of Ukraine and the civilian infrastructure of the region,” the message reads.

The forces of Ukraine’s defense continue “the systematic destruction of the key elements of Russia’s military potential, which weakens the enemy’s ability to fight, maintain illegally captured territories and ensure occupation,” adds to the headquarters.
