Details: According to the investigation, the judge rented the dwelling, but in two months stopped paying the rent and did not allow the owner to the apartment for half a year. At the same time, he filed a civil lawsuit against another Dnipro District Court, demanding that it be recognized as ownership of this real estate. The colleague of the suspect satisfied the claim and recognized the apartment with his property.

As evidence in court, a fake receipt from the homeowner was used, which allegedly confirmed it to receive 412 thousand hryvnias for the sale of the apartment. However, the woman stated that she did not receive any money and did not sign any documents.
The handwriting examination confirmed her words: the signature on the receipt was fake. Another examination found that the real market value of the apartment is almost UAH 1 million.
In addition, during the searches in a judge, among other things, law enforcement officers seized a mobile phone with data confirming the fact of illegal seizure of real estate.

The judge was notified of suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 384 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (misleading) and Part 5 of Art. 190 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (fraud in particularly large sizes).
The sanction of articles provides up to 12 years in prison with confiscation of property.
