Details: According to the investigation, two managers and an operator of one of the district TCCs and joint ventures of Cherkasy region, together with the former head of the personnel division of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, illegally interfered with the Unified Electronic Register of conscripts, conscripts and reservists.
