Details: According to preliminary data, during the interrogation in criminal proceedings on suspicion of exudge in the execution of a deadly road accident, the deputy chairman of the CCSCS could provide deliberately false testimony, combined with the artificial creation of evidence of protection.

It is noted that on the eve of the investigators also conducted searches at the place of work of the official.

The pre -trial investigation is carried out on the grounds of the criminal offense under Part 2 of Art. 384 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (misleading a court or other authorized body). The sanction of the article provides for imprisonment for up to 5 years.
Prehistory:
- On the night of May 26, 2023, the head of the Makariv district court of Kyiv region, Alexei Tandir, knocked to the death of the National Guard at a checkpoint in the capital.
- According to the “public” source in the National Guard, the judge on “Lexus” crashed into the military when he went on the road to install engineering barriers. The judge was drunk and empty bottles of alcohol were lying in his car.
- The DBR reported that the judge refused to pass the inspection on the spot. He was taken to the hospital to detect intoxication. The Court granted the prosecutor’s request for forcible removal of biological samples in a judge, and later the samples were selected.
- The tandoor was suspected of committing a deadly accident in a state of intoxication under Part 3 of Art. 286-1 of the CCU. He faces imprisonment for a term of 5 to 10 years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of 5 to 10 years.
