Details: It is reported that the SIZO staff tried to hide it. They forged documents on the actual state of the victim’s health and the need to place him in the punishment due to the alleged violation of the regime.
It is noted that the failure to provide proper medical care has led to a critical deterioration of health. Only the next day the victim was taken to the hospital where he died.
The DBR, on the basis of the collected materials, conducted an operation to detain 13 suspects in involvement in the crime.
Currently, 5 prisoners and 8 detention center employees have been reported, including inspectors, regular, medical workers and senior corps.
