Details: The prosecutor of the Specialized Anti -Corruption Prosecutor’s Office on the basis of the National Agency for Prevention of Corruption and the Evidence collected from NABU has appealed to the Supreme Anti -Corruption Court with a claim for recognition of unreasonable assets for a total amount of more than 7 million UAH, which is used by the former head of the Darnytsia.

Assets that can be revented by the state:
- Two apartments in the residential residential complex with a total area of 169.5 square meters. m;
- Two non -residential premises on the Dnieper waterfront with a total area of 220 square meters. m;
- Bayliner 245 SB cruise boat, 2007.
The total cost is 7 177 935 UAH.
It was found that the wife and mother of the official had acquired the assets during 2020-2021, but the official could directly or indirectly take actions on them, identical in the content of the right of order.
Analysis of the property status of the official and his family members found that they could not acquire these objects at the expense of legal income. The difference between the value of the acquired assets and the maximum possible legal income is 7 270 690 UAH.
In view of the revealed, the SAP prosecutor appealed to the court for recognition of unjustified assets and their recovery of state income.
