According to the Supilne from the courtroom, according to the SAP prosecutor Vitaliy Rybalkin, the commander of the military unit Vasyl Mishansky allegedly received 250 thousand hryvnias for the purchase of more expensive radar systems from a private enterprise. According to the investigation, the serviceman had a connection with the ex -Knutzhansk MVA Andriy Yurchenko. This was confirmed by Mishansky himself.

When he became a commander, I crossed him and said,” If you can, I was allocated a subsidy to me, so that I could improve their defense. ”
According to him, when he transferred to the combat brigade, there were problems with security: there were not enough drones, and there were no ribs at all. Yurchenko has already introduced the suspect to the People’s Deputy from the “servant of the people” Alexei Kuznetsov, he also promised to help.
During the meeting, the prosecutor read the materials of unspoken investigative actions, read telephone conversations between the suspects. At the same time, lawyer Andriy Velikotsky stressed that most of the read conversations did not concern his client and he was not a participant in those conversations.
The subsidy was allocated at the beginning of the year, however, the purchase was managed last month, because for a long time they could not find the necessary equipment that would meet the standards, the suspect told.

The prosecutor requested the suspect in custody within 60 days with an alternative collateral for over UAH 7 million.
The suspect’s lawyers replied that the military did not have such money: from the beginning of the year and to July he received more than 450 thousand hryvnias without taxes; The man does not have real estate, lives in an apartment.
Lawyer Andriy Veliksky asked to reduce the collateral to moderate.
