Details: The Committee reminds that on January 28, the SBU initiated a criminal case on “disclosure of state secrets” after “Ukrainian Pravda” published a statement of the head of military intelligence of Ukraine Kirill Budanov at a closed session of parliament.
According to an unnamed source to which the publication refers, Budanov stated that “if there are no serious negotiations in the summer, very dangerous processes for the very existence of Ukraine can be started.” Later, the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine denied this statement.
