Cherkasy region shopping center reported the death of the mobilized during transportation to the training center

The Cherkasy Regional Territorial Center for Acquisition and Social Support reports that one of them jumped out of the car during the transportation of the military at the training center, resulting in significant injuries.

“On August 22, 2025, a team of military servicemen was sent from the Cherkasy RTC and JV team to one of the training centers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. During the movement of the car in the city of Smila, the military service – a soldier Kushnir, Yevhen Mikhailovich, jumping through a series of seats of the car, unauthorized open the side door and jumped on the road, resulting in multiple injuries, ”the statement said.

The Tax Code stated that the servicemen of the Tax Code and the JV stopped the vehicle, provided primary care and called an ambulance. The victim was taken to a medical facility where he died on August 24.

The Tax Code added that the police had launched an investigation and promised to “facilitate the investigation in order to establish the causes and circumstances of the tragic event.”

After the beginning of the Russian full -scale invasion of Ukraine on February 24, martial law was introduced and general mobilization was announced.

In the Ukrainian information space, there are regular reports of scandals between the employees of the Tax Code and citizens on the streets of cities and villages. Negative mobilization information is rapidly spreading social networks.

Defense Minister Denis Schmigal in an interview for BBC News Ukraine stated on July 30 that in Ukraine mobilization in almost most cases is undergoing normally, resonant cases-only 5-10%.
