Users of ChatGPT and other OpenAI services complain that the site does not load, and the programs give an error, reports UNN with a link to Downdetector.
OpenAI confirmed the information about “a large number of errors” and promised to find out what the problem is.
“We are currently experiencing a high error rate issue with ChatGPT, API and Sora. We are currently investigating and will issue an update as soon as we can,” it said.
The company later reported that “the problem was caused by a higher provider and we are currently monitoring it.”
Users also complain about problems with Microsoft and Xbox Live services.
