Who and where can get help
Financial assistance is provided newly displaced IDPs who have recently (less than 30 days ago) moved to Poltava, Myrhorod, Kolomatsk, Kremenchuk or Kobelyatsk territorial communities and fall under at least one of these categories of vulnerability:
▪ a person with a disability;
▪ a person with a serious illness;
▪ a single elderly person (60+) or a household consisting of one or two elderly people who do not have family support;
▪ single mothers/fathers or guardians of minor children;
▪ large families (three or more minor children);
▪ pregnant women or mothers with children under 3 years of age.
At the same time, the household must not receive similar financial assistance from other organizationsand the average monthly income per person should not exceed UAH 6318.

▪ passport (original);
▪ registration number of the taxpayer;
▪ IDP certificate issued in 2024 (less than 30 days ago);
▪ IBAN account;
▪ documents confirming the vulnerability criterion;
▪ certificate OK-5 or OK-7.
