Details: Callas announced that during the visit of EU foreign ministers to Ukraine on May 9, a political decision would be made to create an international tribunal on a crime of aggression against Ukraine.

“Tomorrow we will give the final political approval the creation of a tribunal for war crimes, aggression crimes. There will be no impunity. There will be responsibility for the crimes committed,” Kai Callas said.
“The main group has reached the technical level on how this tribunal will be created. We now also have approval at the political level. So this (Creating a Tribunal on Aggression Crime – Ed.) will be made by the Council of Europe. The Secretary General of the Council of Europe will join us tomorrow for video communication, ”she added.
Callas also reported that on May 9 it is planned to declare 1 billion euros for the defense industry of Ukraine.
In turn, Polish Foreign Minister Radoslav Sikorsky said that the heads of the Foreign Ministry of EU countries were going to Lviv on May 9.
As reported by “European Pravda”, a group of states for the creation of a special tribunal on the crime of aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine completed the preparation of technical and legal documents for its launch on the basis of the Council of Europe.
The Council of Europe Secretary General has confirmed that the organization is ready for the “quick launch” of the tribunal and calls for states “to demonstrate political will to ensure” its creation.
